How do I download FRI3D?

In the Customer Portal, open the Releases section and click Download for the version you need. Each download link is short-lived and starts the download directly.

What are the system requirements?

FRI3D runs on 64-bit Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11, with 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended) and an OpenGL 4.3-capable GPU. See the Get started page for the full system requirements.

How do I request a license?

In the Customer Portal, open the Request section and fill out the license request form. We'll get back to you, typically within 2–3 business days.

Where can I find release notes?

Each release in the Customer Portal's Releases section has a View release notes link with the detailed notes for that version.

How do I report a bug?

Email [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue, including your FRI3D version and system information.

Can I use FRI3D on multiple computers?
